Enable Service Master Surveys Tab

Introduction

This article will show you how to enable the surveys tab within Service Master.

How to implement

Navigate to the survey templates section within the admin console.

Now in the template view make sure the product is set to ‘Service Master - All Tasks’ and the template is published.

Inside the workorder a surveys tab will appear. This will allow you to select what surveys you want to use.

Now your survey will be created.
