How to Cancel Your Mobiess Snag App Account

Instructions on how to cancel your subscription and account with the Mobiess Snag App on both the web-portal and app.

Data Retention: Data will be deleted in 7 days.
Date Deleted: All user data that was collected during registration and app usage, including name, addresses, contact details, location, mobile device information and usage history.

DESKTOP WEB-PORTAL

  1. First, log into the Mobiess web-portal (customer.mobiess.com) and navigate to the “Admin Console”, located in the top right (click on your username).

  1. Navigate to the “Billing” page, which is in the menu on the left side of the screen.

  1. Now click the red button that says “Cancel your account”.

  1. Finally, confirm the removal of your account - this will remove all data within 7 working days, all users will be denied access immediately once cancelled.

MOBILE APP

  1. To do this via the mobile app, click the burger menu (three lines in the top right) and click the “Billing” option.

  2. You will now be shown your current license settings, as well as your current payment details. To change these, click the “Cancel Mobiess Account" button and confirm your decision.
