How to Create/Edit a User

Introduction

Go to the admin console, top right of the web-portal and click ‘Admin Console’ (customer.mobiess.com/admin).

Here you are able to create users for your organisation, which allows them to log into and access the app. You will need the Administrator role to create new users.

How to Implement

Within the admin portal, click the “Users” tab on the left, then click “Users” in the dropdown.

You will then be taken to the users directory, where a list of all current users will be shown.

Creating a User

To create a new user, click the yellow “Add New” button in the top right corner of the screen.

You will then be taken to the user creation page. Here, you can enter your new user’s username, full name, email and their account password.

Once you have entered all of your desired details, click the green “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

You should now be able to view the new user in the user directory, and log in to the Snag App using the details entered.

Editing a User

To edit a user’s details, click the “Edit” button in the left column on the row of the user you wish to edit.

You will then be taken to a page displaying all of the selected user’s details, which you can edit as you please.

Additionally, you are able to scroll to the bottom to view more options such as disabling the user, forcing the user to change their password or sending a password reset link to their email account.

Once you have made your desired changes, click the green “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

Your changes to the user should now be visible in the user directory.
