Introduction
In this article, you will be shown how to access your asset register within the web portal. You will need the Admin role in order to implement this.
How to Implement
Firstly, you will need to log into your account within the Mobiess web portal.
Once logged in, you will need to Asset Register, which is under the Asset Assurance dropdown. You can view this by hovering your mouse over the Asset Assurance tab.
In this page, you will be presented with all of your assets. To make it easier to search for a specific asset, you are able to filter by Project, Building, Status, and asset Type.
To apply a filter, simply click on one of the fields highlighted in red in the screenshot below, select your desired configuration options, then click the red “Go” button to filter results.
