It is possible to edit currently existing assets within the web portal.
How to Implement
Within the Mobiess Web Portal
To edit an asset within the web portal visit https://customer.mobiess.com/, navigate to “Asset Register”, which is under “Asset Reassurance”.
In the asset register, locate the fire door you’d like to edit the details of. You can use the filters at the top of the screen to narrow your search.
Once you have found the fire door, click the blue text within the “Type” column.
You will now be presented with a window where you can edit all information about the asset, including its condition, location, grade etc.
Once you are happy with the changes, click the “Save changes” button in the bottom right of the screen, and the fire door will be updated.
