KA: Fire Safety: How to Upgrade from a Trial Account to Full Account

Important Notice: If you are a fire door inspection only customer, please contact sales before proceeding with any payments.

Introduction

In this article you will be shown how to upgrade from a trial account to a full Mobiess Fire Safety account. In order to do this, you must have your payment details linked to you/your organisation’s account. To learn how to do this, click here.

How to Implement

Within the admin portal, navigate to the Billing page (customer.mobiess.com/admin/billing)
To get to the admin console, click your username on the top right, and “Admin Console”.

Now, make sure you’ve updated/entered your card or payment details before you upgrade. You can do this by clicking the green “Update your payment card” button on the left.

Next, click the “Convert to full subscription” button.

Once you click this, the following notification will appear on-screen, and your trial will be cancelled.

Once the invoice for your account is paid, you will then be able to access all paying customer features of the app.
