KB-IN-00003a Creating A Survey Template

Introduction

In this article you will be shown how to create a survey template. To be able to create surveys your user must have the ‘Insight’ and ‘Survey Designer’ roles assigned.

How to Implement

To create a survey template, head to the Admin Console. You can get to the Admin Console by hovering over your username in the portal and clicking Admin Console. It should look something like the below.

Now you are in the Admin Console you will want to navigate to Surveys > Templates. This is located on the left-hand side of the screen. It will look something like the below.

Now you are in the Survey Templates section, you will be able to see the existing surveys. You can press the edit button on the corresponding survey to edit an existing one. If you want to create a new survey, simply click the yellow ‘+ Add New’ button located in the top right. This will create a new row prompting you to enter some survey details such as the name, product, and group.

Once you are happy with the survey hit the blue save icon to save the survey. Please note that the blue save button must be clicked before you are able to edit the survey. Survey information such as the name, product, and group can be changed at any time if needed.
