Introduction
Corrective actions can be edited in both the web portal and the app. This article will demonstrate how to edit these corrective actions within the Snag app.
How to Implement
In the app, click the “Corrective Actions- Assigned Actions” button.
Within the corrective actions page, select the corrective action you wish to edit.
You now have access to editing the corrective action. You are able to change its description, priority, location, engineer notes and action status. You are also able to upload any supporting/relevant photos.
Once you have made all your desired changes, click the save icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Your changes to the corrective action will now be saved.
