Insight Form Back Button
Introduction
The option to input a Back button to go back a section within the forms will save the user effort by introducing the button at the end of a form instead of having the user scroll all the way to the top to go back.
How to Implement
To implement this, it will need to be input within a survey template. Firstly, you will need to use a button within the built-in templates on the left-hand side.
Drag this within the template and then you will need to click on the 3 dots that appear on the right of the new button.
Inside of the options you can alter it how you like, within the “Button Action” drop down you will need to select back, complete or complete ignore errors. These all are separate options which can be changed depending on if you want the user to complete the form or just go back to the previous page of the form (Usually for sections this will be used).
As Shown on Survey
On the survey it will look as displayed below.
This button will allow the user to complete the survey (Or go back).
